Announcement: Colloquium on St. Maximos the Confessor's Mystagogy (Apr 28-30, 2022)

The Pappas Patristic Institute is pleased to announce its inaugural Colloquium on St. Maximos the Confessor, dedicated to an in-depth study of the liturgical commentary known as the Mystagogy. The Colloquium will begin with a public lecture on Thursday evening (April 28), on the campus of Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology, followed by two days of presentations and discussion at the Sheraton Commander Hotel in Harvard Square.


Speakers include world-renowned experts on the thought of St. Maximos and related themes: Paul Blowers, Demetrios Bathrellos, Jelena Bogdanović, Thomas Cattoi, Maximos Constas, Alexander Golitzin, Robin Jensen, Tamsin Jones, Demetrios Harper, Jean-Claude Larchet, Andrew Louth, Nikolaos Loudovikos, Michael Bakker, Vitaly Permiakov, and Marcus Plested.
