2025
Funding is available from the Pappas Patristic Institute to attend the 2025 Meeting of the North American Patristics Society
A limited number of scholarships are available for graduate students, independent and early career scholars, and contingent faculty presenting at the 2025 meeting of the North American Patristics Society in Chicago (May 22-24, 2025)
Qualifications and requirements
Because funding is limited, applicants must certify that they are not receiving institutional or outside financial support to attend the conference.
Scholarships of $500 will be awarded as a reimbursement after May 24 and are contingent upon in-person participation at the conference. To be eligible to receive this funding, applicants must be part of the official conference program, attend the event in person, and deliver a paper.
Please be advised if you are applying after May 20, 2025, that the volume of applications received to date has been very high and the scholarship committee has already begun its deliberations. Awards will be announced on Thursday, May 22, 2025.
